Shipping Questions

  • What if I gave you the wrong address?

    • The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address that was input at the time of ordering.

      If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us atย info@flavorofamyahaircare.comย with the correct shipping address before your shipping label is created. Once your shipping label is created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery. If the package is returned your order can be mailed out again at the purchasers expense.

  • My tracking information shows that my package was "Returned to Sender". What do I do?

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as, any additional delivery cost. Flavor of Amyaย is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

  • The tracking shows that my package was delivered but I didn't receive my package. My package was lost or stolen. What do I do?

    • We are so sorry to hear that your package has been either lost or stolen, however Flavor of Amya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon customer inquiry, Flavor of Amya will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, as well as, tracking & shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

  • My products arrived damaged. What should I do?

    • If your product arrived damaged, we are so sorry about that! Please send an email and pictures of your damaged items to info@flavorofamyahaircare.comย and we will gladly assist you.
  • Do Flavor of Amya ship internationally?

    • Unfortunately, no. We do not ship internationally, only within the US. The products are created with ingredients that will melt or โ€œgo badโ€ depending on the temperature or climate. For this reason we cannot guarantee the freshness of your product if shipped internationally.

Product Questions

  • Do I need to refrigerate the products?

    • Certain items will need to be refrigerated, please see the product you wish to purchase to find out if it needs to be refrigerated.
  • Are Flavor of Amya products safe to use on infants?

    • We suggest to only use products children 1 year and up due to their sensitive skin. Please perform a patch test first to verify your baby does not have a negative reaction.ย 
  • What is the shelf life of the products?

    • For our water based products approximately 6 months, for oil based products 1 year. Please see the product you wish to purchase to find out the shelf life.
