Problem: Shedding/breakage
Solution: not using products with drying alcohols, detangling your hair using your fingers, keep it in protective styles like braids or weaves as much as you can. Just remember that a lot of factors play a role in how much your hair sheds, including your age, stress levels, overall health condition, hydration, and nutrition.
Problem: Heat damage
Solution: donโt let the temperature go above 450 F. In fact, if you can keep it under 400, that would be even better. Also, use a heat protectant when using any heat styling tool
Problem: Knots & tangles
